We continue to accept and process the following:
- Eligible claims for commercial members for services incurred up to one year from
the date the service was rendered;
- Eligible claims for Medicare members for services incurred within the timely filing
requirements outlined by CMS;
- Appeals of denied claims filed within 60 days of the date on the EOP.
QualChoice coverage for Medicaid members terminated
August 31, 2006.
- The timely filing deadline for Medicaid members was August 31, 2007.
